A young entrepreneur can only succeed to have a global brand once he/she masters three imperative elements in the local market – Customers, Market and Service Delivery. It is crucial to understand that the right customers need to be identified / targeted in the right market through the most efficient and reachable form of service delivery. Once this has been taken care of, the product or service will gain recognition in the market of operation and then be tapped on this promise to other markets.
